The mission

 Help our clients establish trustworthy, scalable information security governance — anchored in ISO/IEC 27001 — and integrated with how they actually operate.


What you will do

  • ISO/IEC 27001 assessments, roadmaps and implementation support
  •  Risk assessment, control design and practical ISMS documentation 
  • Management reviews, leadership reporting and governance routines 
  • Internal audits and audit preparation (including supplier/security requirements) 
  • Integration with ISO 9001/14001/45001 where relevant
     

You are likely to be

  • Experienced with ISO/IEC 27001 (implementation, auditing, or both) 
  • Comfortable advising leadership and translating security into business decisions 
  • Structured, pragmatic and calm — rigorous without bureaucracy 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
     

Nice to have: Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification, experience from regulated environments (energy/public sector/critical infrastructure), familiarity with NIS2 and GDPR.

Build high-trust relationships and bring the right executive conversations to the table — helping clients invest in purpose, culture and performance with clear outcomes.


What you will do

  • Prospecting and relationship-building with senior leaders 
  • Discovery calls, qualification and opportunity shaping 
  • Positioning and packaging our advisory, diagnostics and implementation work 
  • Supporting proposals and onboarding (together with the founders) 
  • Creating a steady pipeline based on trust, relevance and premium quality
     

You are likely to be

  • Proven in B2B consultative sales (advisory/solutions, not commodity selling) 
  • Strong in discovery, value framing and stakeholder mapping 
  • Comfortable with premium pricing and longer decision cycles 
  • Professional, persistent and highly ethical
     

Nice to have: Network in mid-to-large organisations, experience selling into public sector or regulated industries, familiarity with transformation/operational excellence/culture topics.
